This website is operated by Alex Gutierrez Sr., who runs Donezi as a sole proprietor, at 642 N 17th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85007. The quote form collects your name, email address, the service you select, your message, and your agreement to this policy. A phone number is optional. A hidden field catches automated submissions. Leave it empty. The form does not ask for a payment card or a government ID.

Those details are used to answer the quote request. They are not used to build an advertising profile, and this site does not load an advertising or analytics tag. If you do not send the form, the site does not have this information from you.

The form addresses a quote request to amasphalt@donezi.com and uses that same address as the sender. The email address you enter is used only as the reply address. When the server can open its private storage folder, it also writes a copy of the request to a private file on this website. The page reports that the message was accepted for delivery only when the server says so for that request. If it does not, the page says the message was not sent. A stored copy is not the same as a delivered message.

The host can process server logs, including an IP address, as part of running the server. A short rate-limit count tied to a hashed network address lasts about one hour and is not written into the quote log. The site does not sell personal information. It may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the business or the site from abuse.

The contact page sets one first-party session cookie, PHPSESSID, so the form can check a security token. It lasts until you close the browser. Details are on the cookie policy. The site does not set analytics or advertising cookies.

You may ask to see, correct, or delete the information you sent. Write to amasphalt@donezi.com or call (602) 256-7376 during office hours, Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Arizona time. You can also use the quote form and say that it is a privacy request.

This site is for people arranging asphalt work. It is not directed at children under 13. If a child’s information was sent, write to amasphalt@donezi.com and ask for it to be deleted.
