What sealcoating is
Sealcoating is a protective coat applied over asphalt that is still sound. It is not a substitute for rebuilding pavement that has already failed. Donezi lists sealcoating separately from paving and repair.
How soon a lot can be driven on, and whether a second coat is needed, is answered for the job at hand. This page does not promise a cure time or a second coat.
What to tell the office
Describe the pavement, when it was last sealed if you know, and whether cars need to keep using it during the work. The office says what it can schedule after you call, email, or send the quote form.
