Agreement to website terms
These terms cover your use of the Stillfern Dog Training website. Using the site means you have read them. They are not a contract for dog training. A training arrangement, if there is one, is a later written note about a specific dog. Nothing on this website chooses a court, an arbitrator, or a governing law.

Informational purpose
The pages explain services you can ask about and give you a way to send an inquiry. Reading a page does not make you a client. Photographs illustrate dogs and training topics. They are not photographs of Stillfern clients, trainers, or a training place.
Training services
You may ask about puppy training, obedience for daily life, private one-to-one coaching, leash reactivity, potty and crate routines, and leash and recall. Stillfern does not offer board-and-train, group classes, service-dog or therapy-dog certification, protection sports, agility, or online lessons through this site. Home visits are not offered. Lessons are not held at the business address. If coaching goes ahead, the place for a lesson is agreed in writing.
Inquiries and scheduling
Use the contact form, the phone number, or the email address. The form asks you to agree that the inquiry may be kept so someone can read it and reply. A confirmation means the inquiry was received. It does not reserve a date, a trainer, or a price. This website does not promise a reply by a certain time, and it does not publish a calendar. An appointment exists only when a person confirms it.
Individual pricing and payment arrangements
This website does not list prices, take payment, or charge a deposit. If paid work is agreed, the fee is written down before that work starts. Do not send money through this website. A later written note can set payment terms for that dog. These website terms do not.
Dog health and safety
The pages are not veterinary advice. Pain, illness, a sudden change in toileting or temperament, and any behavior that risks a bite should be raised with a licensed veterinarian, and sometimes a veterinary behaviorist, before they are treated as a training task. You are responsible for handling the dog safely and for following leash laws.
Training outcomes
Results depend on the dog, the handler, health, and practice. Stillfern does not guarantee a timeline, a cure for aggression, off-leash reliability in public, or a particular temperament.
User responsibilities
Give accurate contact details if you want a reply. Do not stage a confrontation in order to film a dog. Do not send someone else's personal information without a reason related to the inquiry.
Acceptable website use
Do not use the form to send threats or automatic messages. Incomplete and automatic messages can be rejected. Do not interfere with the site or with inquiries kept for the business.
Intellectual property
The text on this website belongs to Stillfern Dog Training. You may read it for your own use. You may not copy it onto another commercial site. Photographs are used to illustrate topics under their licenses. They are not a claim that the dogs or places pictured belong to Stillfern.
External links
Links that leave this website, including a map of the business address, are operated by other parties. Stillfern is not responsible for those sites.
Disclaimers and liability
The website is provided as a way to read about services and to send an inquiry. Training information on the pages is general. It is not a promise that a particular dog will change, and it is not a substitute for in-person judgment about safety. To the extent allowed by law that already applies to you, Stillfern is not liable for decisions you make solely from reading these pages. These terms do not add a penalty, a cancellation fee, or a waiver of rights that the law does not allow to be waived.
Changes to terms
These terms can be updated by publishing a new version on this page. The version you see when you send an inquiry applies to that inquiry. A later written training note can add terms for paid work. It does not rewrite these website terms by silence.
